Soooo was reading a bit and see the house is weather resistant and airtight...with some accomodation for air exchange...that being said has anyone seen the a/c furnace or water utility? Does it have an on demand water heater like some former homes? I don't recall them mentioning these aspects as they have in the past....wondering if there are hideaway screens on any doors or windows too.....?!?! yes, I asked too about the window and door screens because in the beautiful spring and fall months, I would want ceiling fans and doors open and cross breezes..... | ||||
