dream home room-mate question Sign In/Join

On Feb.15th, I posted a question about taking in roomates if I won this dream home by a one in million chance. Would be interested in hearing what other viewers on this message board think about my question?

It seems to me if you win the DH and accept it, you're entitled to have whatever guests you want there.
Somewhere else on the message board it's been said that even renting will be allowed here. That could really make things more affordable.

Thanks, Mere for answering my question. My earlier posted question included a another idea I had about also setting up an informal outside eating area serving sandwiches, sodas, homemade cakes, pies and cookies to golfers, vacationers, ect. Do you think such an idea is feasible? Would like to hear what you & other people think. Maybe you could ask them to tell me their viewpoints too. Yellowrose.

Taking in roomates means paying roommates & an informal eating area means the food provided wouldn't be free. It means doing both to earn some income as in running a small business. If I won the dream house, A pretty big IF, I admit, I couldn't afford to live there otherwise. To anyone reading this. What's your opinion?
