I have been entering every dream home giveaway for years with no luck. However, if I did win this house,as an unmarried person with no children, I have been considering the idea of taking in 2 or 3 roomates to fill the extra empty bedrooms, with of course, kitchen & laundry room rights. Maybe even doing a small informal eating place both inside & outside, where a few golfers, hikers, vactioners and ect. could come by for inexspensive but tasty lunches & snacks. Do anyone here think such ideas will work?
