The biggest differences are
1: Kiawah Island and Charleston are vacation destinations (Tyler Texas wasn't)
2: The Indigo Park area is zoned for leasing them out. (Tyler Texas house was on leased land and could not be rented out)
3: The developer on the 2013 home seem sweet. (Tyler ????)
4: 2013 cash prize is twice what 2005 was

Not sure this will make it any easier for a Dreamer to keep it and live the Dream, but it's also not so slanted against you from trying.

We sure had a lot of fun on these boards in 2005. Don, DJ and Shelly Cruz, (the 2005 winners,) were such a nice, deserving family. It was a great contest.

I hope this years contest is equally fun and exciting!

If I win this year, I'm having a pool party for all 60 million people who enter on the second Thursday after I move in, reservations not required but BYOB! (Drivers might have to double up because the Island only has parking for 30 million vehicles.
