Has anyone mentioned tours yet? This is one that I'll be touring. I'll look for the hidden elevator, large ants and make sure that the doorbell is at a height that the gator can reach.

Great job finding info about the tours RiccilnOKC! Last and only HGTV house I toured was Lake Lure in 2006. SO much fun and what a great house. This one isn't so far for me.....hmmmmm...ROAD TRIP!!

In the pre-construction pictures, I saw that the bunk bed niche upstairs is where the elevator shaft "would have been" had they decided to put one in. I guess you can add that later yourself.....
