I know it's a gated community & relatively safe but I couldn't tell from the pictures if there are deadbolts and security system?

Jack normally puts in a security system, etc. It will probably be mentioned by folks who do the local tour later this month.

Since neither a lock company nor a security monitoring firm is an advertising sponsor, there's no reason to show what's installed.
