At the risk of sounding like a newbie... What is BOLO?
Honestly, I've been trying for a DH and Urban Oasis Home. Just not active on message boards...

I have been a lurker for a long time. To relax after my 13 hour shift, I enjoy reading the post about DH. I feel like I know so many of you! My dream is to retire in South Carolina, I've heard it is my generations Florida.
I wish everyone luck on winning and think it would be greyt to have someone who has been posting on the board for a long time.

BOLO -
Makes sense now! I've been listening to almost every vehicle that drives past my house... nerve wracking! I think I am giving myself a constant headache over it. Just need the Ambush Team to get here already so I can stop worrying and let this headache go!
Thanks 'mythreesons' and 'nursejudy' for giving me the meaning of BOLO!

Oh My Gosh! It has started....!!

We went to Denny's for breakfast this morning....There were three men sitting a few tables down....my mind wandered in to BOLO mania! Cool

I thought I could be spied upon by those men? I kept looking at all the people as possible spies! And then.....at the grocery store it was worse. I thought any important looking person could have been an HGTV spy patrol checking us out! Oh Boy! Here it goes again...it is going to be a fun few weeks! Big GrinBig Grin

Still nothing here! And my family are grumpier than wet cats. If they knew I was winning a major prize they'd be a lot happier. Sigh.

The rules says the "random" drawing will be on or about Feb 27 and the winner "ambushed" on or about Feb 28 - Mar 4. No reason for BOLO just yet

Being in Illinois, I think the HGTV sneak team has been using the white out of this blizzard to hide from my view. I did see foot tracks out front....could have been the paper boy....but I think not.

Thanks Judy...just now a SUV drove slowly past and turned around in neighbors drive to head back.....they had a big stuffed dog in front seat on the mans lap....which made me wonder if there was a doggie dreamhome this year, but otherwise very suspicious....noone would be out in this weather on my road unless necessary especially risking a stuffed animal without a safety belt.... Eek Big Grin

So I am doing what all dreamers should be currently...straightening up that front entry and room.....waiting waiting waiting.... Razz

Beautiful and talented people that's a tough one. When people say a place with beautiful people many think of Los Angeles or Miami. Mention talented and towns in New Mexico with large communities of artisans are what I think of. But both together, no clue!

When I woke up this morning I looked out the window and there was the strangest looking weirdo looking right back at me. I was sure it was some funny looking guy from HGTV!

After a minute of looking at this scarey character I realized I wasn't looking out the window, I was looking at my bathroom mirror!

I feel better now.Smile

I have been watching. Haven't seen anybody that looks out of place. BUT.. there is a townhouse directly across the street from me. It is vacant right now. With a for rent sign. That would be a great place to sit and watch my house. Just a thought

After the sweeps is awarded,

If you were told to stay home in D.C. today because of the snow storm, you had no snow, no problem... The champions of forecast operated in that 15% of the time when they don't have any idea what is happening.
Another day, another dollar anyway.
They stated at 6PM that it was a good forecast. Thus the definition of good.
It's mandatory by fed law that they issue a forecast. I think the weather chaps wish they could have stayed home, too.

Was funny...well to me. I came home from shopping the other evening and there was a truck with a camper hitched to it parked across the street from my house. Knowing this neighborhood is mainly a vacation villa resort near Disney World I thought it suspicious there would be a camper (with TN plates) parked here. ppl usually rent the villa houses not bring their campers.
Dang it if I didn't realize later..."Doh! Maybe they are gonna camp in camping park behind our neighborhood and their friends rented the villa."
