I'm trying to understand the appeal of having a home on a marsh.
I just think of swamp land, why does it appeal to some?
Does it attract mosquitoes?
Is it peaceful?

Yes, I imagine the mosquitoes will be bad. The gators wouldn't bother me as I'm a lifelong Florida girl. I don't really care for this years house, I imagine the peacefulness and celebrity appeals to many. I would definitely take the money option Wink

Meischa

Meischa, I thought the same thing. I mean water is very calming and all, but this is a marsh which most times has an odor to it if it's Salt water. If it is a fresh water marsh or wetland, that is different, But if this marsh is Salt water, then the water recedes on low tide and then back up during high tide and there is nothing attractive to it when the water recedes. I love Ocean and Lake views, not so sure about Marsh lands.

Is this a Salt Water Marsh or Fresh Water?
