We've discussed taxes & insurance & HOA costs but has anyone tried to figure monthly utility costs? power, water, cable? Since there's no grass to cut, that should be kinda easy....

We need to investigate local utility cost. I know the dream house has dish as they have the hopper installed in the home, so could investigate that cost as well. Lets dd some investigating.
