I've been trying to switch from English to Continental method of knitting. So far, my tension is inconsistent. I happened to come across a video showing how to do the Norw. purl stitch. It wasn't easy, but I've finally got the knack of it. It works great when working in ribbing.

If you're interested, watch all the videos (I think there were 3 or 4). Don't remember which video was slow enough for me to finally get it.
