It was designed by Cathy Ren and is for sale on ravelry.com. I doubt you'll find it free!

Here's a suggestion -- when posting a question, put something in the title to indicate what you're looking for. I tend to skip over posts with just 'need pattern' or something similar. Had some extra time tonight, though.
