more information would be nice, did the person who has it now, make it? Was it a gift, did she buy it? If made by a person, was it a long ago item, or newer? Would it have to be the exact tablecloth? There are scads out there that are just as pretty, anything you can provide is helpful in the search.
I googled, and was not particularly successful, which is why I am asking all the questions.

Since you have the title, just do an eBay search every so often. You never know when you will find an inexpensive copy.
