Last year I used this yarn to make the Something Red cardigan and it came out huge. Now I know why. I was stash diving and read the label for the gauge. Turns out it was #5 Bulky! I thought it only came in worsted weight. I have 2 skeins that say Bulky and several balls of frogged yarn from the cardigan gone wrong. Does anyone have this yarn? Is it all Bulky? I researched it and can't find any reference to it being Bulky weight. My label clearly says sz 10 needles, #5 Bulky weight. I just held it and stared at it. I couldn't believe what I was reading! And no, I didn't check the label when I bought it, and no, I didn't swatch. Bad knitter.

Here's a follow up. I just found this info about a similar problem with HL Baby Bee yarn. It was labeled bulky as well. This was last year, so that just shows how into label reading I was and how bad their labeling was.

I just finished a afghan using the I Love this yean from Hobby Lobby. It was worsted weight and not bulky at all. I do love that yarn it is so soft.

I have used the "I Love This Yarn" in several projects. I'm surprised you found it in bulky. I've not seen that here in our Hobby Lobby. The yarn has all been worsted weight. Your two skeins of bulky will make some nice thick, comfy fireplace socks. Smile

It turns out it's not bulky. Just labeled wrong.

How weird is that, but then stranger things have happened.

Are you working on more socks? Now, that's a dumb question, of course you are. I finished a pair this last week that I really liked. A friend of mind came to visit me from my old stomping ground, and went on and on about how much she like them. So, you guessed it, I gave them to her. Luckily, I have more of the same yarn. I will get started on another pair for myself this weekend
