Do you use anything on your hook if you have arthritis? I'm trying to find something to buy but not sure what to get. Not sure what they are called either. Hands get a little cramped. Thanks.

If what you're referring to is like a foam sleeve that goes over your hook I've seen them at AC Moore for about $3.00.
