I have list my pattern and I don't remember what the big middle stitch was! It's something I hadn't ever used before...I was using a pattern on a blog and I've lost that too... Sigh. Would appreciate any help!

I think it looks like a cluster stitch. I used that stitch years ago. Marylee

Yes 4-5 dc in a cluster. Each st leave last two loops on needle, then at the last st pull needle through all loops.
