    I am looking for a pattern that holds a tube of chapstick. I would appreciate any help I could get. thanks

    I have made a bunch with no pattern. I used #3 cotton thread. ch3 and join with sl st to form ring. Work 8 sc into the ring, don't turn. Work a sc in each sc until it is near the cap of the tube. Ch 10 and join in next sc with sl st to make loop for key ring. Hide the ends.

    Thank you for the pattern. This really helps. My daughter is giving a bridal shower and would like to give these as favors. I am sure this will keep me busy for a few days. Bev

    They will seem very tight but will stretch around the tube. If they get too big as you use them, just wash and dry. They shrink a tiny bit like a pair of jeans.
