DH & I were shopping antiques stores and came across this unusual item we had never seen before. I thought you might enjoy seeing it. It looks like a cabinet about 48" tall, 36" wide, with two drawers in the bottom. When you open the doors there is a giant drying rack and the whole cabinet starts to unfold (front and back). I couldn't open it all up for lack of room, but it is HUGE. Since it opens up front and back I couldn't think of anwhere it would work in my house. It would have been a nice way to display my antique quilts though. Do you think $500 is a fair price?

$500.00? Ouch! It is surely different and would make a great conversation piece. The best possible use would be an antique dealer displaying quilts and linens, then the price would be understandable. Like you, I would love to have it!!!
