    Could any one tell me what these type of plates could be worth. Some date in the mid 1800's, some early 1900's. all are in very good shape with beautiful hand painted pictures.

    Limoge in pristine, absolutely perfect condition can be worth quite a bit of money.It does depend a lot on the year,design,the artists,rarity etc...

    Also, a word of warning in terms of some things marked Limoges-- some plates marked Limoges from the early 1900s were actually whiteware porcelain from the Limoges company of OHIO. These would be likely partially transferware plates with maybe some hand-painting (not seeing your Limoges plate, I can't help ya there).

    It gets really confusing. I hope you find out the value on your plates! It's such fun when those kind of mysteries get solved.
