    I am new to this website (and HGTV) and recently I was watching an episode of Freestyle. It featured an artist's apartment and the item that caught my eye was a large open bookcase. It was black and the interesting feature was that the corners were rounded. Could anyone tell me what period these bookcases were popular so that I might try to find one.
