Eastlake Folding Sewing Chair and Captain's Chair Sign In/Join

I'm looking for advice on a price to put on the Eastlake folding chair. I don't want to put a price so high nobody will buy it, yet don't want to cheat myself by under-pricing it. It's 33" tall at the back and 18" across the arms.

Also I'd like to know what wood was used for the captain's chair.

For the folding chair, look here:

The other chair looks like maple to me, but I am definitely no expert. Check the seat bottom for a maker's/manufacturer's mark.
