There is an artist that makes decirative tiles for wall hanging. He might be canadian? They come in different themes and designs such as fluer dis lis, coat of arms, hearts, doves, initials and so on. He was quite popular a couple years back and the tiles are big in the collectibles genre of decorating. They retire every so often and become more expensive.
If anyone can remember who this guy is and hus website addy; I would be most grateful. This is where I first heard of him. He might be canadian???
Anyone~Help!?!?!?

Thanks, Catherine~ I will check. The name isn't ringing a bell but it's work a shot. Something tells me the name~either first or last had an E as the first letter.
Anyone else?

Hi, I wonder if you mean Sid Dickens. If you check on ebay and search his name you will see several examples of what I think you are describing. I bought some from Liberty in Vancouver, Canada and love them. They are plaster finished to look like porcelain.
