This china set was handed down to me from my grandmother, who bought it in Germany when my uncle was stationed there in the military.

It's a beautiful set. Does anyone know about Konigl.pr lettau?

    Thanks!

I believe you mean Koniglich Privilegierte Porzellanfabrik Tettau, which literally means Royally Privileged Porcelain Factory Tettau in German. This company is commonly known as Tettau, located in Tettau, Bavaria and was first established by J. Schmidt and Christian Greiner in 1794. It eventually changed hands and name, the above is their official name since 1957 and is still in business today, making Porcelain Figurines, Chinaware and Decorative Porcelain articles. The "Tettau" in their name first appeared in 1902.
