I have a lamp and a bird cage stand with a similar base that have been in our family for 5 decades. Although Rembrandt 7070 is probably Mfg's model number and the shade may be a replacement, if your lamp is old a makers mark may be stamped under the base .This message has been edited. The Rembrandt Lamp Co. was based in Chicago. They made what are considered a higher quality product. There are collectors of Rembrandt and some of their limited edition lamps, especially the artistic mid century lamps sell for high prices. Both Ebay and 1st Dibs has a page just for Rembrandt Lamps, so try there.
