I am wondering if someone can give me some information about the "Young Republic Group" collection made by Tell City probably in the 1970's? I am specially interested in the finishes it came in such as Andover #48, etc.

The company has been out of business for several years and I do not know where else to research this.

    Thanks!

I was browsing the boards and found your question. I am from Tell City, but now live in Florida and thought I would share this website with you - tellcitychair.com, hopefully this will be helpful to you. I own several pieces and would never part with it - it is excellent quality that is just not available in furniture you buy today.
    Good luck.

This is my kitchen dinette set, and it is still sturdy and solid. We have the china cabinet, 6 chairs and table, and the tea cart that is shown in the above ebay link. This set is 33 years old. Big Grin

I just purchased a Buffett & Hutch and table and four ladderback chairs in this collection, I am looking for the arm chairs in the Andover finish. Any Ideas?
