Now that Easter is over, what are some of your ideas to decorate your three tier plate centerpieces for April? I thought about spring flowers, bird houses, birds, stuff like that. What are your ideas?? I will post a picture of mine when I change it. tfs, Janie

Hmmm i always think sunshine, flowers, birds, and lady bugs for spring..... I just put a spring flower arrangement with lots of daffodils and tulips in it... and last year I added 2 cute lady bugs. Wish I could think of something more "exciting".
I am excited to see what you come up with though.

Up here, in Canada, I think oif the flowers, Iris, tulips daffs. The dffodils are used to support cancer. The crocus are growing on the hillside in the country.Trees atr starting to bud. Birds are returning, bees are showing up again. It smells nice and clean again cause it has just rained. mmmmmmm can't wait. J.

Hmmmm....I too, like your idea of bird houses & birds & nest. Seems that I either read or saw it on a craft blog that bird nest with eggs are the "in" for this year.

I was going thru my collection of raw wood bird houses that I have picked up at thrift stores, craft stores on clearance or given to me from a fellow crafter. I had wanted to paint them in a gingerbread house theme for Christmas but hmmmm...may leave them raw.

Share a pic when you get your's put together. Some of need the inspiration to get us going! Especially those in our most northern states that still have "sn*w" on the ground.

    as always,

Try to keep them not so seasonally specific if that's even a phrase! People are holding tight to their money and the more they can use an item the better! They make better gifts too!

I like using moss in clear glass little bowls (i find the moss in the yard) you can also add stones or sea shells thrown around the bowls (I put little tea candles in with the moss (just make sure the tea light is in the metal container) also - have some of the moss hanging out over the bowls..anything with nature is always stunning (NO LADY BUGS PLEASE)

I can't help you. We are still in winter. 32 at night and 48 during the day. What's it like to have spring?? The tulips aren't coming up to well yet! It's cold here!!!

I like Greenstone's idea. When I think of summer as far as floral decor goes - I think of ladybugs and sunflowers!
