Well, it's done now and what a great time we all had. This is the best little show ever. The look of excitement on the children's faces as they wonder around the vender's looking for that special something for someone on the list...Priceless! This school goes above and beyond for the vender's. Free supper, Chile, buns, cookies, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. They have elves that will bring this to you or get yourself. On top of this treat, they also have adult elves come around asking if you need any change. YES really! How many times have you run short of change and wondered " Now what? " No worries about that here. All I can say if for a little show...APPLAUSE!

I did very well on my Christmas card angels. I made 50 and sold 33. I charged $5.00 a piece. Nothing on your tables were to be over $10.00.
The kids were buying fleece scarves, knitted scarves, Ornaments, soap, oh and these wooden tulips that were painted for your gardens. Nice! There was a lady beside me that had the most wonderful trees. They were done from a log and a chain saw was used to carve them. Stunning and she was sold out in the first half hour. I got a card from her as we are not allowed to purchase unless after the show. It's for the kids and I'm OK with that!

Anyways, just thought I would share some of the stuff selling and hope that all your shows are as much fun as this one was.

Penny

So glad you did well, Penny. I like the idea of not having high priced items for the kids to buy. And love how they took care of the venders. Never heard of a place that did that.

Good friends are like stars...You don't always see them, but you always know they're there.

I think craft shows would be more successful if they all treated their vendors like they did at your show. It would be wonderful to have helper elves coming around to see if you need anything, a lot of times the vendor is there by herself and can't leave her booth. Glad you did so well! I bet it was a lot of fun just watching and helping the kids.
