I ran out of fake snow the kind you use on the top of the snowman hats ect..painted? I haven't got anyway to get into town and I doubt they would have any this time of year anyways? So, what do you use to make it? If I had some sawdust ( I don't )sigh..any help would be wonderful.
TIA

Do you have any sand or corn meal? Mix with white paint and glitter. You can add more glitter after the mixture is applied, and before it dries. Hope this helps!

Geez, I'm not sure. I did a search and here's some sites about it:
http://www.ehow.com/how_2247327_make-fake-snow.html
http://www.craftbits.com/project/fake-craft-snow

I kind of actually liked the suggestion of using the insides of a diaper lol. I wouldn't use water with it though. Thought it would look kinda fluffy by itself. Just throw a little glitter on it lol. Only problem would be it would not remain in one spot without something to hold it in place - all of it. I would worry about the top layer just pulling off.

I take 2 styrofoam balls and rub together and it makes just the best snow. I put my glue on my project and then just add my "snow". You can also add some Glamour Dust to it too.
Be careful it is kinda like popping bubble wrap. A stress reliefer.

Oh oh oh...I love you all! I was just given like 200 styrofoam balls. All sizes. Did not have a clue on what to do with them all. Well, now some are going to be a wonderful " Stress reliefer " for sure. THANK YOU!
