I remember making those paper beads when I was a girl - 45 or so years ago. We used old magazine pages and got really pretty beads. Fun to see that this is still popular.

We used lots of wrapping papers when we were doing these and wall paper from discontinued sample books

I made the samething using fabric and made a necklace. Sort of shabby chiche (sp?)...... you know what I mean.
