Can these and others like the redneck wine glass tags, be used by any one without infringeing on copy right laws?

I think most of the redneck tags that I have posted here were made by me & a few were made by Grandma Bonnie. I got the clip art free off the internet so I think they would be fine to use. As far as the NFL logo glitters I'm not sure, they are offering them for you to use as free.
