For many years, I was a member of the PC Crafter group. I have used about three different computers to download graphics that I purchased but was never organized to put all the files in one place. I had some beautiful Christmas graphics that i used to make the glass blocks for friends. I was under the understanding that we would always be able to go back and get the downloads of our purchases? Does anyone know if there is a way we can access them? Does it help to call Prove Craft?

It is my understanding that you can still go to pccrafters.com and download the graphics you purchased, plus the basic browser. You do need the member information to sign in.

Yes, libmary would be the expert.
