For many years, I was a member of the PC Crafter group. I have used about three different computers to download graphics that I purchased but was never organized to put all the files in one place. I had some beautiful Christmas graphics that i used to make the glass blocks for friends. I was under the understanding that we would always be able to go back and get the downloads of our purchases? Does anyone know if there is a way we can access them? Does it help to call Prove Craft?

king3419, welcomed to our board! The person to find out about your graphics is libmary over on the Hugsister board. Sadly if you do not have them by now they are gone forever. Here is her web site & the Hugsisters site.
It is my understanding that you can still go to pccrafters.com and download the graphics you purchased, plus the basic browser. You do need the member information to sign in.
