Has anybody made cute freeform hats by melting styrofoam cups and adding ribbons and flowers? Remember Carol Duval making them? Well, tell me how? Microwave or oven? Temp and time? Thank you sooooooo much. My 96 year old Mama wants to make some and I need to help her!!!
