Head was added by putting a dowel in the top of shutter and then into head. The leg/feet are just wired on through holes and the arms are just attached at the shoulder with a screw and is countersunk.

Ugh ugh ugh!! Can I just beat myself up now? I had a bunch of old shutters and I ended up using some for an outdoor cabinet and throwing the rest out. That is just way too cute. I absolutely love it. You make so many wonderful things! I am so jealous! Can you figure out how to bottle your talent and sell me some?
