Well thank you to Connie Kru I have just done these angels. Here is the site info that Connie gave to us.

http://chocolatecraftsandbears...nament-tutorial.html

Instead of using plain paper I had been given thousands of cards dating back to the 40's maybe even more. Of course I did not use those ones but I did use some of the ones that were more generic. Instead of paper for the wings I used rose petals ( not real of course ) from my sons wedding. I have thousands. LOL The heads were ornaments from the dollar store. Pipe cleaners for halo. Wha-la. I hope this gives someone some more ideas to share.

Glad you were inspired by that site. I have yet to give one out to someone that they have not simply loved them.
I may look into the Rose Petal's for wings.
I use a wooden bead for the head and my Angel must have a face and curly hair (which I can't seem to buy anymore), but that is just me.

I'm thinking I will put a tag on these as well. Here it is.

Loved your army lol. Those are so cute and look pretty easy to make. May look around for something to use to make some for some of my friends and family if I ever get these ornaments done.
