Thanks for the site, that is a really pretty wreath.

That is neat. Looks good enough to eat. I wonder how it would be to make the wreath part out of cookie dough, then attach the leaves with icing? Or maybe cover the wreath circle with foil of parchment paper, then add the cookies.

My thought was to try and make it out of salt dough so that it would last from year to year.
Maybe do a wash of color. I also thought about doing one with holly leaves for Christmas.
