I found this old chair on the curb, peeling and banged up. You can see I sanded it and started painting it with Kilz.

My grandson is five and wears a cowboy hat and boots whenever he goes anywhere. So next comes a coat of paint.

This is the finished product, complete with lasso. I used leather ties to hold the cushions in place. I can't wait for him to see it!

Oh,my, who would have thought that old chair could be remade into such a thing of beauty! The fabric is perfect and the red glossy paint is too! The lasso is a very nice touch.
