The language button worked for me. Maybe you can try it again.

The Translate bar isn't there for me. I have tried it several times today.

I M Joyce, I just now clicked on the site a couple of times, the first time it took a few moments for it to show up, the second time it was there right away. Click on it then wait a few seconds to see if it shows up for you.
