NC HillBilly, yes it is painted. Looks black but is a dark blue. The letters are scrabble tiles that I had left over from an old game. My daughter said I should paint " B*l*e*s*s you " on the box but I'm not great at writing on things so this was my next best opition. LOL Penny

What a creative way to solve that printing problem! I, too, hate having to print things lol. They just never turn out as nice as other people's things do. Will remember this one for the future! Thanks!
