Hi everyone, it just occured to me, that I haven't actually introduced myself on this board! I just sorta "jumped in"! But, anyway, I love doing crafts, have used them as "therapy" throughout the years. I used to do the craft shows when I lived in Michigan (when tables were only $25 - $35 ) Haven't done one in quite awhile, living back in GA now , where originally from. I love gingieboys, snowmen and decorating. Just haven't had much time for crafting, now back in school after many, many years! I have really been enjoying seeing everyones' beautiful crafts and the friendliness of the board.

I love Gingerbread men. I collect them. Started as a kitchen thing but out grew it. Now I have them in my office/craft room. Welcome fellow ginger lover.

a toasted gingerbread Cool SE AZ welcome

glad you did just "jump in" there are no formal rules for that at least...whew!!

You are in "good company" here as there are lots of gingie-lovers and snowmen admirers and too many other crafts to name that we share.

You will feel blessed once the schooling is over, I did the same in my 50's. Education is never wasted. Try to work crafts into your schooling if you can. History research paper due? History of redwork embroidery. Math paper due? Iris-folding geometry. With examples of course. There, see, you have a reason to craft now. Big Grin

LFCMamoAZ, lol, I like that...working my crafts into my schooling, not a bad idea! Granny3641, I miss making real snowmen! I had lots of "supplies" living in the U P! And everyone, thanks so much for making me feel so welcome!
