This is one of the classes that I taught yesterday to a assisted living facility. It was lots of fun and they really enjoy papercrafting. Please keep in mind that most of them are 80 years plus, so it has to be pretty easy. This is my design and a good way to use up some buttons. DJ
Yes, that right Barbara, It is a win win situation for me as I use what I already have and the facility loves the small papercrafts Ideas too. I purchased a tag sizzix die and that has been invaluable for me. Thanks for your nice compliments. DJ
Grrr. You ladies are all too modest! I hate when you downplay your crafts! I think this is just so cute! Love the colors and I would love getting a gift inside it! Kind of like a double header! lol The gift inside such a pretty gift bag!

Ah kraftylady, how I envy you. Before we moved I taught craft classes at an assisted living facility in our town. I furnished all the supplies and it was so much fun. The ladies always gave it their best shot and seemed to enjoy it so much. I know I was enriched by their presence and I miss it so much. It wasn't always easy to find a project but I usually found something. (((HUGS))) to you and your ladies.
Thank you, you are all so kind. Sometimes I do have to really think on what to make then seems like at the last minute I get an inspiration from you know who and it all pulls together. I teach at 3 different facilities and I get so much more back than I give. Thanks again. DJ
what a neat craft to share with them and your design is charming.

LFC = Log-rolling Fellow Crafter pronounced elfcee and comes from the pioneers who helped neighbors clear their land with a log-rolling and party afterward. No one expected payment, just sharing and community.
